At Crown Culture, we are committed to getting your products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost)


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Free standard shipping on orders over $70 in US. Free international shipping for $100+ orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship within the United States, Canada.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Crown Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”


We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Incorrect Shipping Information



Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

Crown Culture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
